With over 20 years of experience, Eric Carter is a luxury design and remodel expert who knows custom kitchen, bath and home remodeling. As the owner of 312 Kitchen & Bath, Eric brings his wealth of knowledge, abundant energy and work ethic to every high-end home renovation. Eric is known for his innovative design vision and attention to detail. And like any homeowner with sophisticated taste, he appreciates comfortable spaces and fine finishes. Being a previously licensed general contractor in multiple states, Eric has provided luxury design and remodel guidance to countless discerning homeowners and celebrity clients.
ERIC'S BACKGROUND
Originally from Minneapolis-Saint Paul, Eric started his career in the health and fitness industry in Dallas-Fort Worth while attending college. After making a career change in the 1990s, Eric learned and pursued flipping outdated luxury homes for resale in highly desirable neighborhoods. When neighbors and prospective home buyers toured Eric's beautifully renovated homes, he soon had a loyal following of homeowners and real estate investors who wanted to hire him for their remodel projects. And when it comes to protecting your investment dollars, Eric knows how to make smart, cost-efficient design and remodel choices to maximize your budget and home value.

Due to his exposure and success from flipping homes, Eric started offering luxury design and remodel services in the 2000s to homeowners for kitchen, bathroom and home renovations. As a tireless perfectionist, Eric loves seeing outdated houses and condos turned into modern, well-planned homes with elegant and timeless styling, which he has accomplished countless times with stunning results.

When he's not working, Eric loves to laugh and have fun while relaxing with friends and family. Eric has many passionate interests, including music (rock, pop, country, indie, R&B), art and culture, comedy, exercise, farmers markets, healthy cooking, being by the water, road trips, sports, dining out and fabulous wine. He's an avid fan of Shark Tank, Josh Flagg of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, Martha Stewart, and The Great British Bake Off with Paul Hollywood. Eric believes in doing acts of random kindness (ARK) for others. And he proudly supports St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, who specialize in finding cures and treating childhood cancer.
