Originally from Minnesota, Eric began his professional journey in the Texas health and fitness industry while attending college. Shifting his career focus, he mastered the art of transforming luxury properties in highly desirable neighborhoods for resale. When neighbors and prospective buyers toured Eric’s beautifully renovated homes, he quickly built a loyal following of homeowners and real estate investors eager to hire him for their own projects. Today, when it comes to protecting your investment dollars, Eric knows exactly how to make smart, cost-efficient choices that maximize both your budget and your property value.

Driven by his success in luxury home transformations, Eric began offering design and renovation services across Minneapolis-Saint Paul, specializing in high-end kitchens, bathrooms, and complete property overhauls. Over time, colleagues and clients encouraged him to expand his successful business model into new markets. Leveraging his established relationships with premium suppliers like ProSource and Ferguson—along with their trusted contractor networks—he rebranded and relocated to Chicago in 2023, where 312 Kitchen & Bath now proudly serves the Chicagoland area. Capitalizing on this momentum, the firm expanded into Texas in 2026, serving the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and greater Austin.
As a tireless perfectionist, Eric takes immense pride in turning outdated houses and condos into modern, well-planned homes featuring elegant, timeless styling and stunning results.
