Our process
Step 1: Request a quote for your remodel.
Simply complete our online form to request a free quote for your custom kitchen, bathroom or home remodel project.
Step 2: Schedule your project consultation.
Your project consultation will be with luxury design and remodel expert Eric Carter via phone call, FaceTime or Zoom meeting, which you can choose from. During your consultation, we'll review your remodel wish list, design ideas, and our process. From your project information and photos (or real estate link), we're able to provide you with a competitive remodel quote you'll love.
Step 3: Remodel proposal acceptance.
Once you e-sign our proposal, we'll coordinate our lead general contractor to meet with you at your home for a walk-through and project measure. And our fabulous consultants and designers from ProSource and Ferguson will contact you to schedule your showroom shopping dates.
Step 4: Select the finishes for your remodel.
Our quality suppliers have expert showroom consultants and designers to assist you with selecting beautiful finishes of products, materials, style and colors. And depending on your project, they'll create detailed 3D and 2D drawings that can help bring your new space to stunning visual life.
Step 5: Project construction and completion.
Your dedicated general contractor will coordinate and manage your remodel project from start to finish for beautiful and stress-free results, including scheduling subcontractors, demolition, deliveries, construction supervision, installation, inspections, and more.
