We have a network of preferred general contractors, suppliers and designers who specialize in luxury home remodeling. Our professional services are available in greater Chicago and select cities Nationwide. And our fee is discounted from your remodel bid when you hire one of our general contractors for your project. Whether it's a major remodel where you want to remove walls and reconfigure the floor plan, or a high-end cosmetic renovation, we have the right remodel contractors, suppliers and designers you need for your project.

We take a value-minded approach to creating luxurious spaces that are aesthetically beautiful, functional and timeless, as well as everyday comfortable. From inspiration to installation, we’ll thoughtfully collaborate with you to redesign and remodel your kitchen, bath or home. Cohesive styling and sophisticated finishes with a design and materials that offer the best bang for your buck. We'll create your personalized space to provide the "wow factor" you truly desire and will love. And our network of skilled general contractors (who you hire and pay directly) will provide you with our best pricing and outstanding craftsmanship for your project.

How It Works

It all starts with a free consultation with luxury remodel expert and designer Eric Carter. During your consultation via a Zoom meeting, FaceTime or phone call, we'll discuss your project information, design and remodel wish list, our professional services, and the process. After your consultation, we'll send you a proposal for our professional services and fee, which is discounted from your remodel bid when you hire one of our preferred general contractors for your project. And if you have any questions after you review our straightforward proposal, we'll schedule a follow-up consultation with you. Once you e-sign our proposal with partial payment, we'll get the process started.
