Whether you want to redesign and remodel your kitchen, bathroom, whole house or condo, how much should you realistically budget for your project? According to HGTV, Zillow and other industry sources, you should plan to budget between 5% to 15% of your home value for a full remodel of your kitchen, which means a down to the studs remodel or replacing most everything cosmetically. Typically less for a bathroom remodel, and more for an entire home renovation.

It all starts with a free consultation with luxury remodel expert and designer Eric Carter. During your consultation via a Zoom meeting or FaceTime call, we'll discuss your project information, design and remodel wish list, our professional services, and the process. After your consultation, we'll send you a proposal for our professional services and fee, which is discounted from your remodel bid when you hire one of our preferred general contractors for your project. And if you have any questions after you review our straightforward proposal, we'll schedule a follow-up consultation with you. Once you e-sign our proposal with partial payment, we'll get the exciting process started.

While we have a network of preferred general contractors for our client remodel projects, 312 Kitchen & Bath itself is not a remodel contractor or general contractor. And we do not supply or perform any construction labor or provide any materials, estimating or scheduling, which is provided and performed solely by the general contractor hired and paid directly by (you) the homeowner.

We realize that remodeling your kitchen, bath or entire home can be both exciting and overwhelming. That's why you need expert design and remodel guidance every step of the way. At 312 Kitchen & Bath, we're not a faceless company. So you can have confidence in knowing who you're working with during each phase of your remodel project. Our exceptional team is made up of experienced contractors and designers who know what they're talking about and doing. And they're committed to providing you with the best possible remodel results for your complete satisfaction.

We have an established network of independent and award-winning kitchen and bath designers who are experienced and accredited from distinguished organizations, such as: the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA), the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ), and the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). With our optional Drawings and Specifying Finishes service, you can hire our designers directly at their competitive hourly rate.

When it comes to your remodel project, you want the work performed by a reputable, licensed and insured general contractor who knows how to get the job done right. And you want a contractor who is used to working in owner-occupied homes or buildings, as a construction zone in your home is a delicate and respectful balance of safety, cleanliness, and privacy. At 312 Kitchen & Bath, you'll have peace of mind knowing that we work with qualified contractors from our established material suppliers, such as: ProSource, Ferguson, and MSI Surfaces, among others, including the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).

Our professional services are available for a simple flat fee, which is determined after your free consultation and is discounted (or credited) toward your remodel bid when you hire one of our preferred general contractors for your project. As an environmentally conscious company, 312 Kitchen & Bath is proudly paperless, including our client proposals and invoices. While we no longer accept paper checks (or cash), we do accept payments from all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and ACH bank transfers. And, unlike many businesses, we do not charge or add any fees for credit card payments.

Our professional services are intended for custom kitchen, bath, whole house, and condo renovations that usually involve a full remodel, which means a down to the studs remodel or replacing most everything cosmetically. And with a minimum turnkey remodel budget of $25,000.

Our fee for our professional services will be discounted and credited toward your remodel bid when you hire one of our preferred general contractors for your project.

Because we bring our preferred general contractors new clients that they did not have to spend any time or money on acquiring themselves. We also provide the contractors with the design and remodel vision to help them during the bidding and remodel process. And since we bring our remodel contractors projects on a regular basis, they're able to provide their best pricing to our clients.

Because our professional services can help you achieve the look of luxury with your remodel, all while saving you time, money and stress. We realize there are good (and big) general contractors out there. However, we work with small to midsize general contractors who have low overhead costs. This means our network of preferred general contractors can be very competitive with their remodel bids. With our expert design and remodel guidance, our contractors can provide you our best pricing and fee discount for your custom kitchen, bath, home or condo remodel.
